폰코디(PhoneCoord)는 배터리·저장공간·네트워크·시스템 상태를 한 곳에서 보여주는 앱입니다. 이 앱은 이름·이메일·전화번호 같은 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 기기에서 읽어 화면에 보여주는 값은 기기 안에만 남습니다. 다만 앱은 광고로 운영되고 사용 통계 도구를 포함하므로, 구글 애드몹(Google AdMob)이 광고 식별자를 포함한 일부 정보를, 구글 파이어베이스 애널리틱스(Firebase Analytics)가 익명의 앱 사용 정보를 수집합니다. 자세한 내용은 아래 6항과 7항에 있습니다.
개발자는 이름·이메일·전화번호처럼 개인을 특정하는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 회원가입이 없고, 계정 정보를 요구하거나 읽지 않으며, 크래시 수집 도구도 넣지 않았습니다.
다만 앱에는 사용 통계를 위한 구글 파이어베이스 애널리틱스가 들어 있어, 개발자는 개별 이용자를 알아볼 수 없는 익명·합계 형태의 앱 사용 통계를 받습니다. 수집 범위는 7항에 있습니다.
광고 식별자(광고 ID)는 앱이 읽어 보관하지 않지만, 앱에 들어 있는 구글 애드몹·파이어베이스 애널리틱스 SDK 가 사용합니다. 이때 처리되는 정보와 그 통제 방법은 6항과 7항에서 설명합니다.
아래 값은 화면에 보여주기 위해 기기에서 읽습니다. 모두 기기 안에서만 쓰이며, 저장이 필요한 경우 앱 전용 내부 저장 영역에만 기록됩니다. 앱을 지우면 함께 지워집니다.

네트워크 탭에서 [속도 측정]을 직접 누르면 Cloudflare의 측정 서버(speed.cloudflare.com)에서
데이터를 몇 초간(Wi-Fi에서는 여러 연결로) 내려받아 속도를 잽니다. 이때 인터넷 접속의 성질상 이용자의 IP 주소와 기본 접속 정보가
Cloudflare에 전달됩니다. 앱이 이용자의 개인정보나 기기에서 읽은 값을 함께 보내지는 않으며,
측정 결과는 기기에만 남습니다. 누르지 않으면 이 통신은 일어나지 않습니다.

앱 데이터는 구글 클라우드 백업에서 제외되어 있습니다. 배터리 기록과 설정이 외부로 올라가지 않도록 한 조치입니다. 다만 새 기기로 바꿀 때 쓰는 안드로이드의 기기 간 직접 전송에는 포함되어, 쌓아 둔 이력을 잃지 않고 옮길 수 있습니다.
이 앱은 무료이며 구글 애드몹(Google AdMob) 광고로 운영됩니다. 화면 아래쪽 배너와, 더보기 탭에 처음 들어갈 때 한 번 나오는 전면 광고가 있습니다.
광고를 표시하고 부정 클릭을 걸러 내기 위해 애드몹은 아래와 같은 정보를 수집·처리합니다. 이 정보는 애드몹(구글)이 받아 가는 것이며, 개발자에게는 개별 이용자를 알아볼 수 있는 형태로 전달되지 않습니다. 개발자가 보는 것은 노출 수·수익 같은 합계 통계뿐입니다.
앱이 기기에서 읽는 값 — 배터리 이력, 저장공간 구성, Wi-Fi 이름, 설치된 앱 목록 등 — 은 광고에 쓰이지 않으며 애드몹으로 전달되지 않습니다.
유럽경제지역·영국 등 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 앱을 처음 실행할 때 구글의 사용자 메시지 플랫폼(UMP)을 통해 맞춤 광고 동의를 묻습니다. 선택은 나중에 언제든 더보기 → 광고 개인정보 설정에서 다시 바꿀 수 있습니다. 동의하지 않으면 맞춤형이 아닌 일반 광고가 표시됩니다.

PhoneCoord is an app that shows battery, storage, network and system status in one place. The developer collects no personal information such as your name, email address or phone number. What the app reads from your phone to display stays on your phone. The app is, however, funded by advertising and includes a usage-statistics tool, so Google AdMob collects some information including an advertising identifier, and Google Firebase Analytics collects anonymous app-usage information. Sections 6 and 7 explain this in full.
The developer collects nothing that identifies you personally, such as your name, email address or phone number. There are no accounts, the app does not ask for or read account information, and no crash-reporting tool is included.
The app does include Google Firebase Analytics for usage statistics, so the developer receives anonymous, aggregate app-usage figures that cannot identify an individual user. Section 7 sets out what is collected.
The app itself neither reads nor stores your advertising ID, but the Google AdMob and Firebase Analytics SDKs bundled with it use one. Sections 6 and 7 set out what is processed and how you can control it.
The values below are read in order to display them. They are used only on your device, and anything that needs to persist is written to the app's private internal storage. Uninstalling the app deletes it.

The app makes outbound connections in three cases: the speed test, advertising, and usage statistics. Advertising is covered in section 6 and usage statistics in section 7.
When you tap Measure speed on the Network tab, the app downloads data for a few
seconds (over several connections on Wi-Fi) from Cloudflare's
measurement endpoint (speed.cloudflare.com) to measure throughput. As with any internet
connection, your IP address and basic connection details are visible to Cloudflare. The app does not
send personal information or anything read from your device along with the request, and the result
stays on your device. If you never tap it, this connection never happens.

App data is excluded from Google cloud backup, so battery history and settings are not uploaded. It is still included in Android's direct device-to-device transfer, so your history survives when you move to a new phone.
The app is free and funded by Google AdMob advertising: a banner above the bottom navigation bar, and a single full-screen ad the first time you open the More tab in a session.
To serve those ads and to filter invalid clicks, AdMob collects and processes information such as the following. This goes to AdMob (Google); the developer never receives it in a form that identifies an individual, and sees only aggregate figures such as impression counts and revenue.
Nothing the app reads from your phone — battery history, storage breakdown, Wi-Fi name, installed apps and so on — is used for advertising or passed to AdMob.
In the EEA, the UK and other regions where consent is required, the app asks for your personalised-ads choice on first launch through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). You can change that choice at any time under More → Ad privacy settings. If you decline, you still see ads, but non-personalised ones.

The app includes Google Firebase Analytics. It is used only to understand which tabs get used, how often the app is opened and the broad flow through it, so the app can be improved.
The information below goes to Google, and the developer sees it only as anonymous, aggregate statistics that cannot identify an individual user.
Values the app reads from your device — battery history, storage breakdown, Wi-Fi name, installed apps and so on — are not sent to Analytics. Neither is anything that identifies you personally, such as a name, email address or phone number.

This app is not directed at children, and the developer collects no personal information from anyone, children included. The ads are not configured as child-directed.
